CPS or Neutral Safety Switch?

I've spent the last 3 hours or so reading & searching this board for a solution to my problem, I think it could be one of two things and I may just tell the dealership I bought my '03 9-3 Vert from to just replace BOTH (they have not charged us for any work done because the problem occured a week after we picked it up and still hasn't been fixed). Car bought beginning of July. Since then, we've taken it back to the dealership it was bought at 3 times!! When travelling VERY short distances, a mile or so, and turning the car off to run in to grab coffee, or whatever, the car will not start back up or even turn over, crank. Everything on the dash lights up, no warnings on the SID, nothing. After some time it will start again, sometimes it's 15 minutes, sometimes it's an hour. The first time the dealership said they replaced the ignition switch, the second time, the starter, the third time a NEW starter since the second time they used an after market starter. Picked up the car and all has been good until last week, when the same thing happened. And it's happened 3 times since Friday. In the past month, we have driven it short distances and stops with no problems and now the problem is back. Should I tell them to replace the CPS and the Neutral Safety Switch? And is the Transmission Range Selector different than the NSS?
