Some people also have a formula to count the links between the sprockets but I can't remember that right now.
You see, both cams will ALWAYS be the same amount off from the mark, so you have done an oops in having the exhaust behind and the intake ahead.
By removing the tensioner body, you can lift the chain one tooth at the time and turn the cam shaft with a wrench. So it will be pretty easy to correct.
How far out was the tensioner?
The exhaust mark is quite a bit behind so that should be an indication of a worn chain and guides.
