Hi all,
My "TCS OFF" light would come on almost every time I drove the car, and I had previously thought it was a wheel sensor having some luck in cleaning the contact area. So, last night while I was checking out the brake booster hose for a problem related to increased brake pedal effort, I looked at the little servo that is connected to the throttle assembly (near firewall). There's a little adjustable actuator arm that goes from the servo to the throttle. I moved it back and forth (moves about (0.5-0.75") and it was very stiff around where it comes out of the servo. So, I sprayed some penetrating oil in there and worked it back and forth - now the TCS OFF light does not come on!!. It's only been one morning, but so far so good.
