It's really easy but requires a little patience. Removing the old:

get a heat gun ( a hair dryerwill work, but will shut down frequently because it gets too hot, but will definitely work) heat the edge where you will begin removal, slip a putty knife under the edge once the glue softens, begin to pull the wood off, moving the heat gun in the direction you are pulling, go slow so you don't levae residue behind, although the resideue is easily removed afterward, keep moving the heat gun and keep pulling, try not to break the wood, if you do you're moving too fast. Once you have the wood removed there may be some residual glue left, I used 3M scratch remover and rubbed with a cloth, it came off, then I cleaned up the scratch remover with a rag and elbow grease.

Installing the new:

Clean the area with Prepsol, Prekleeno or PPG DX 380, you local NAPA or body repair shop will have this, then clean the area with isopropyl alcohol, it's really imporatnt to ensure it's clean for good adhesion., use rags not shop towels. Apply the new material only when the temp is above 70 degrees F, apply heat tot he back of the panelling and remove the protective covering, never hold the heat gun closer than 8" to the dash/material, warm both the dash and the new wood, be careful when applying, to make sure you get a good fit as it will be difficult to reposition the new wood., let everything cool for about an hour and you're good to go.
