Ticking...time-bomb, perhaps? Posted by Clay McNeely [Email] (#497) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Clay McNeely) on Wed, 2 Jan 2008 09:17:11 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Hello, everyone. I've had a very rapid ticking sound coming from what seems to be behind the ACC control unit for quite some time now...and it's getting VERY annoying. It almost sounds like someone put a kitchen timer back there. Remember the ticking at the beginning of "60 Minutes"? Well, this is it, but MUCH faster. The ticking begins when I start the car and stops a couple of minutes after I shut the car off. Any idea what might be causing this??? I haven't torn into anything yet, namely because I have no idea what to look for. Any insight, suggestions, or questions for clarification are very welcome and greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for the help. Drive safely, and KEEP ON SAABING!!!
