I had Koni sport kit installed and am very pleased.
Way less body roll, lower by ~1.5" keeps cog low.
Firmer ride and I've hit the bumps stops a time or two, but in general with the firmer dampers the extremes are handled a little better, wheels stay on the ground better.
Rear sway bar helps some but mostly with more on-center behavior, she still pitched in the corners with just that upgrade.
Many recommend the steering rack brace, I haven't done it.
I have the Koni's set on soft, the car was transformed. I'm for sure watching out for our rough roads this time of year, I've scraped the hanging portion of my exhaust shield.
