I was wondering if you could give me a hand with this problem that has started since my engine rebuild. During that I purchased the Sieman’s 50 lb/hr injectors and the stage five ecu upgrade for my 1997 900 SET with a manual transmission. I also installed the JT 3” complete exhaust system with the race cat, Forge Motorsports cross flow intercooler and blow off valve, “Genuine Saab’s” T5 larger delivery pipe, and a SPEC stage 2 clutch with Viggen pressure plate, all new SAMCO silicone vacuum lines, and finally a cold air intake (3”). I also have renewed the CPS sensor, coolant temp NTC sensor, oil pressure sensor. This is all being stated because now I am getting 4-6 check engine lights and was wondering if you could give me a hand with this one. I am getting CEL’s P0132, P0507, P0300, and P0340. Since then I have also swapped out the IAC Valve, DIC, TPS, spark plugs twice with gapping them to specifications (NGK Iridium’s) I have also replaced the fuel filter. Besides the CEL’s, the car will hesitate on the highway if I am driving at a constant speed 40 mph’s is the worst, also the car will buck at times coming from a stop in first gear or if the engine is laboring at low rpm’s, and finally at start up the car will idle down to 400-500 then eventually die out as if it was not firing on all cylinders, on cold starts if I do not keep it at 1000 rpms with the gas peddle. I am only using high octane gas as well. I have actually added an extra ground from the engine to the frame because paint made to much resistance for the other one, I have also tried a second new cps sensor. I have tried unplugging and then plugging back in every sensor incase of corrosion being an issue. I have checked the timing at least 4 times now and am completely out of ideas what to do now. All the o2 sensors worked fine before the rebuild and are being used again. Though if they are likely to be the problem, then I will replace them. I have done a compression test with around 160+ PSI but I didn’t have the throttle fully opened. I appreciate any help you are able to provide and thank you for your time.
