Electrical problem - ventilation

I had to jumpstart my 2002 SAAB 9-3 this morning.
The battery was empty for no apparent reason.
Once I started up the engine the ventilation was on and I could not stop it.
I have just stop the engine and the vent is still running (untill battery runs out again)
Do you have any idea where this might come from? and How I can fix it?
Thank you for your help
