leaving for colorado friday uggg if the car is done.
Okay it all started with a hiss under my feet around brake pedal,
diagnosed it to be a brake booster simple job no big deal or so I thought.
I seperated the brake master from the booster then disconnected the lines at the abs block, pulled that out then the booster, I replaced the booster with one i got from eeuroparts and put the master back on adjusted pedal travel and began bleeding at each wheel with mightyvac, left front, right rear, right front, right rear as I have always done. But I CANNOT GET PEDAL PRESSURE, goes to the floor even when pumped it will sit about 1/2 an inch above the floor and hold, but i can put some pressure on it and still send it to the floor, I bleed the brakes for 4 hours tonight and still seem to not have pressure in pedal. did i blow out the master cylinder or what? the booster pump is operating correctly runs up for 5-8 seconds and shuts off, lol so i go from rock hard pedal to sponge pedal.
Even if I have my wife pump and hold I get very little out of the bleeders,
is that the master cylinder bad now?
