Time to replace idler pulley(s)?

Hi,

I noticed that my recently acquired 2002 9-3 SE (5spd), 88k miles has a tired looking serpentine belt. I have ordered a new belt, which got me thinking about the idler pulleys. Don't have any history on the car, but I am thinking that the serp belt is likely original (i.e. unlikely the pulleys have been replaced).

Still waiting for my trusty Haynes manual to arrive...........in the meantime, I am a bit confused concerning how many idler pulleys there are on 2002's (I gather the design changed in 99?). I had a look but was not sure which ones were idlers and which weren't.

If I replace the idler pulleys, what about the belt tensioner assembly - is it normal practice to replace this at the same time (or is that taking PM too far!).
