stalling when slowing down

Hi I have a 94 900 turbo 5sp , which stalls when I am slowing down, ie off ramp, clutch in to downshift gears.
I have changed all the vacuum lines, swapped out the BOV valve, swapped out the Evap valve, Swapped out the Idle control Acutator.
I am lucky in that, I have a spare parts car, and a second working Saab 900 turbo.( to test swapped out parts) the DIC seems fine. ( swapped it out for S & G anyway)
The plugs don't look to bad, but I am going to put in a new set anyway.
The car idles smooth, and runs smooth when driving, only stalls when slowing down and clutch is in. I can get it to start up again, by letting out the clutch ( bum start). I have noticed that when it is idling, and I lightly tap the gas at a stop light, it stumbles a little. I am wondering if the fuel filter might need to be replaced, but it accels like a bat out of hell and is a smooth accelation, no missing etc.
fuel mileage is good. The only thing I can think of now, is clean the TB, but it looks ok.
Any thing I might have missed? The check engine light is not on.
