This photo of a broken clutch disc might be interesting. Engine ran, shifter found all the gears, but front wheels wouldn't move unless raised off the ground. Engaged clutch made a swishing/rattling noise when wheels were on the ground. Friction spring plate was no longer connected to splined hub. Broken spots on spring holder are highlighted in red. Nothing much wrong with tranny except for loose input shaft, leaking axle seals, loose/leaky selector shaft bushing, and worn reverse synchro. Maybe caused by a minor rear collision or push starting car before I got it.
