If they changed the fuel filter, they might have got particles from the old seals into the fule line. The particles made their way up to the fuel pressure regualator and cause it to stick open and bleed of pressure. Try Swedecar's method of repair: try tapping the FPR with the handle of a screwdriver a few times. You might want to search for Swedecar and fuel filter to see it explained by the expert... Ron
