The 'elephant trunk' is the large drain hose for rainwater in the cowling above the cabin air filter. It dumps the water onto the steering rack.
The other one is a smaller hose to drain condensate from the AC evaporator. It's below the other one, but you find it by crawling underneath the car. It's not easy to see from above.
The sunroof drain tubes are at all 4 corners of the roof, but the only one that can make a puddle in the right-front is the one you checked. The rear ones push onto fittings behind the rear wheel wells. Peel back the 'carpeting' on the side of the trunk & look for them way outboard & hidden by some structure.
