I have a '95 900SE as well, 3dr. Only 68K on mine though. Reliable, hmmm. Well, it's 13 years old and 145K. I would start by assessing what condition is it in now? What needs doing immediately? Change all the fluids. Assuming no maintenance history, I would buy a new or used DI cassette and keep the existing one as a spare. If it is a manual transmission, change the clutch cable - even if it is OK, you will be amazed at how much nicer a new one feels. Change the crank sensor - cheap and it can strand you. Change the serp belt and pulleys. Mostly, BE ALERT - pay attention to what the car is telling you. Funny noises, vibrations, leaks, etc.. Stay on top of the maintenance and it will treat you well. I am a big fan of the '95, especially the late ones. New enough to have some improvements over the '94, but no OBD-II pain.
