Search for Idle Air Control valve (IAC) and cleaning. Normally you can clean it out with a bit of carburetor cleaner and then put a little light oil on the pivots. Don't use a metal object (screwdriver) to pull back the shutter, since it may deform it and cause sticking...use a little wood stick (like a chopstick or skewer).
