is the HP hose that runs under the radiator. Do search here for more posts. Pro's often spray soapy water around suspect areas. If you see bubbles, you have a leak.
You can get the parts from eeuroparts.com if it is. You need the hose, any o-rings in the area(always replace), a new dryer/receiver. If I was doing it, I'd replace the expansion valve whiles it's open.
You'll need to vac & charge if you open the system. I would suggest having a pro do that part.
