1. make your desired settings
2. press simultaneously the ECON button plus the button used to increase fan speed. The background lighting will flash to confirm execution of your entry.
Saved settings can be deleted only by pressing and then releasing "lower fan speed button" and "rear defrost button" (the one to directly to the left of the ECON button). ACC will flash to confirm.
