locks stuck in deadbolt

'98 900SE 5-Door 187k miles

My keyfob can arm/disarm the alarm, but will not unlock the doors. The doors are now deadbolt locked, the only way I can get in the car is using the key through the 2 front doors. Trying to turn the key to the left to unlock the rest of the doors does nothing. The center console button does nothing to unlock. For some reason though, I can hear the locking function work through the center console button or through the fob, but I don't hear anyting when when trying to unlock through the fob or center console (other than the chirps of the alarm arming/disarming with the fob).

Once I unlock the front doors manually, the locking function only works on the passenger side, the driver's side stays up. So it looks like my driver's door actuator maybe shot because the passenger door will lock back once I manually unlock it with the key. But would that explain not being able to unlock any other door through the fob or center console?

I'm at a loss and this is frustrating because I need access to the rear doors to get my son in/out with a baby carrier. I may have to disconnect the gas cap lock soon as I'm 1/2 tank now and that's deadbolted too.

Tried the reboot by disconnecting the battery already.
