I would hesitate to use them.
It's not as easy anymore that a sensor is a sensor is a sensor.
The heating element has a whole bunch of different resistance ratings that range from ~1 to ~5 Ohm and some cars are really picky that the resistance it exact.
I bought a couple of similar O2 sensor on e-bay but when I measured the resistance it was not the same as the 15738 so I have not dared to use them yet.
I had problems ones with a 96 900 V6 where I tried a universal sensor that I had good luck with on Volvo's of same year but it would trigger the check engine light after a week of driving.
Installing the right sensors took care of the problem.
That's when I started to look into the problem and discovered that a difference of a couple of Ohms in resistance was enough to trigger CE on some cars.
