There is a product called AudioTroll, people have also engineered a way to make an iPod connection through the OnStar system. Do a search here for both of them.
The AudioTroll sounds the neatest because it will display title info on the SID and you can use your steering wheel controls to change tracks, but it's expensive and has some software glitches that I think have yet to be resolved.
