UPDATE - It's the pump

Well, I cleaned everything that was damp from the pump R/R with brake parts cleaner, and dried it all off. I started it up, and immediately, the reservoir turned into a pool of foam. So, I looked around for leaks. Completely dry. I sprayed the suction hose with soapy water...no bubbles. Turned the wheel a bit...groaning like an old man. After another 30 minutes of searching, I looked at the pump again. I removed the air intake to get a closer look. The high pressure fitting, and the suction hose/clamp were all dry. But, the back of the pump was wet. It looks like the housing sprung a leak. There was fluid surrounding the big circlip. I blasted this area with brake parts cleaner, and dried it before starting, so this shouldn't be there. This would explain why the car was fine for the evening my wife and I drove it to dinner an back. It looks like the ScanTech power steering pump lasted almost an entire day. I took the pump off, capped the suction line, put air pressure to the pressure fitting end, and it looks like more seeping fluid out the back.
Sigh...a lot of time was wasted with this, not to mention $44 in CHF-11S fluid, and two day shipping.
