No start problem - Is my troubleshooting logic correct?

I posted about a week ago with my no start issue (cranks well but does start up), but I headed down the fuel pump route. I also thought it might be the CPS. I now believe it to be an ignition problem. The fuel pump is giving the indication that it is working - whine when turning ignition on, 12v while cranking at the connector under the back seat, spark plugs are wet with gasoline.
Searching the BB tells me that it's not the CPS because I wouldn't get any voltage at the pump during cranking. I also couldn't start with starter fluid down the throttle body.. So I flipped the DI, made sure I had clean and properly gapped plugs, grounded all 4 plugs, and got weak and intermittent spark at cylinder 1 and 4 and no spark at 2 and 3. This lead me to believe that my DI is bad or the main ECU.
So currently I have ordered a used DI (Ebay) which hopefully will solve my issue, but if not I have one to carry in the trunk. Is there anything else I could check or be aware of???
Thanks to all (this BB helping me out a lot),
Drewski
