Well you have alot of questions. I will try to answer as many of them as possible.
The first thing I noticed is your coolant leakage is about 1/8 of an inch every three months. This is a verrrrry slow leak. Chances are that is all attributed to leakage.
As far as the compression leak down test. The main purpose of this test is for condition of the piston rings in the engine. At 120K you have probably lost some compression over stock, and I don't think you will be able to tell from this test weather you have a head gasket problem because your leak is sooo slow.
I guess I havn't really helped you out but here are a few suggestions. The white smoke coming from your tail pipe can be either coolant or water. One of the easiest way to tell is the smell. Coolant smoke will have a slightly sweet smell to it. That will tell you weather your getting coolant into your combustion chamber. However, at the slow rate that you are loosing coolant I wouldn't even bother.
My suggestions to you would be the following:
1) at your next oilchange Sea Foam the engine. This is a little can of liquid you but in your engine and it will remove carbon and old deposits. You use it right before your oil change because it will destroy your oil.
2) Degrease the entire engine. They have many products you just spray on and hose off a half hour later. My favorites are the foaming ones. They tend to work the best.
3) Retorq your head. This is easy maintenance and could correct some of your seepage around the head. I would do this after the sea foam.
4) After you have done the above two, drive the car for a couple weeks and take a look at where your engine is showing signs of leaking and replace as many of those seals and gaskets as possible. I think this will be much more benefisial than replacing hosing whihc are probably not the culprit.
I check back. follow up if you need anything else.
