I can't really speak first hand but a good friend of mine in Richmond Hill recommends both Beacon and Aktiv. He owns a C900 Cv and on '01 9.5 Aero wagon. In all honesty I had to ask him because I was trying to buy a transmission for my Viggen from Rick at Beacon. He gave me such a run-around that I finally gave up. Makes sense that he would like to sell it to some one where he could also install it....but if that were the case, why didn't he just say so. Last he told me had 3 of them but couldn't FIND them.....WTF???
Best advice....have someone else, like Budd's or Thornhill check out the car for you. Best $100 or so you'll spend!! You can then judge what you want repaired or what to use for bargaining.
