I believe WIS or a TSB outlines the procedure. I believe you take the DIC off the plugs, but leave the cable attached. Place the plugs in the boots, and ground the plugs keeping the DIC upright (the way it would be on the engine). Crank the engine and check for spark.
I think the CPS is a candidate, but you might also want to check to see if the fuel pump is operating. Mine failed at once - ok the day before, the next morning went to start it, and no joy.
You can jump an active fuse (I think I used #4) to the fuel pump fuse (#32 if I recall), and listen for the hum of the fuel pump. This bypasses the Fuel Pump relay and activates the pump directly.
Search the board for other advice - something like this has many culprits, and you need to be methodical in tracking it down - or if all else fails, have it towed to an indy to diagnose.
