Saab's fault tracing doesn't say anything about fuel pressure but focus mostly on the BPV and the function of wastegate.
Check all turbo hoses so that they are tight and not split at any places and that the wastegate rod is still connected.
If all is ok with that, it might be a slight possibility that a wire has been squeezed somewhere at the tank and that it interfere with the fuel computer in some strange ways.
In cases like that, you never know what can happen and what symptoms to look for.
