Are you sure you are resetting the limp home on the throttle body? You have to take off the cover by loosening the 2 10mm bolts, push the spring toward the d/s of the car, and then use a screwdriver to move the plastic gear towards the windshield until it clicks. This is for a 9-5, but I would think everything is in the same place on the Viggen. (Used to have one, but have only reset TB on my Aero. Pulling fuses or battery will clear the code, but until you manually reset the TB, you will continue to get codes.
