I suppose it could mean that the whole cassette is still bad. Mine was functioning, but only partially. The misfires were sporadic and only when I would stop at stop lights or stop signs. I took it to an independent saab mechanic, he put a working di cassette on and drove around for a day. That was the only way he was able to figure out what the problem was.
On an unrelated note, the cps I pulled from my car had both the plastic bushing and the o ring on it. So I put the new one in exactly as I found the old one. It just seemed to go in suprisingly easy, it feels flush against the motor too. Perhaps I will take off the plastic bushing and just try the rubber o ring to see if that seals it.
