Can you just take the flex tube off? Or you could just leave it open overnight and most of it should evaporate. A little water won't hurt your engine. In fact back before electronic ignition systems mechanics used to have a techniqie for decarbonizing engines. They'd take the air cleaner off and used a spray bottle to pump water into the engine. Using the throttle they'd pump water into it until it would just about die, let it get running again and do it couple of time more. It would get all of the carbon out of the cylinders and valves. I did it on a car just before I pulled the head and the pistons/chambers were clean as a whistle. Carbon isn't a problem nowadays so it's no longer practised but a little water won't hurt a thing--just don't let it stall. The only way water can hurt an engine is if enough gets in there to fill the chamber, since it can't compress, it can break a piston. You'd have to get a lot in there to do that.
