Brake problem

After driving 15-20 miles the car slows to a stop by itself and you have to pull over and let the brakes cool then it will go again for a few miles and the brakes come on again and slow the car. This is without applying the brakes. At the time the brakes slow the car the brake pedal has no free travel before it is hard and braking. The rear calipers, the master cylinder the booster and all pads where replaced by a qualified? shop. After you pull over and let them cool the travel comes back to the brake pedal then drive it again and the pedal travel goes, still high but no travel instant brakes. Pulled the wheels and depressed the front calipers with a c clamp and they move freely. Pump them up and they seem normal until driven for 15-20 miles. Automatic, no brake/abs lights on. Disconnected the brake booster seemed to help some could go farther before they started coming on again, found this out to get home about 60 miles away. Bleeding problem? Pads not in correctly? This all started after the car sat for a while after all the work was done. Any thoughts? Thank you
