Yep, it's entirely possible. The Motive Products brake bleeder is the way to go. Connect it to your reservoir, pump it up to about 10 psi and this just open the fitting at each wheel. The slight pressure forces the new fluid through the system very quickly and cleanly. Just attach a small bit of (typically in the 5/16" range) hose to the fitting and direct the fluid coming out of the system into a jar or bottle for disposal. Make sure to keep and eye on the reservoir, if it runs dry you have to start all the way over again!
Don't know what model and year you have so this order may be different for you, but on my '98 900 SET the bleed order is: driver front, passenger front, driver rear, passenger rear.
I used ATE Super Blue based on multiple recommendations throughout the web. It's blue in color so it's easy to tell when you have new fluid in the system and the old out. ATE also sells the same fluid in an amber color for next time you flush and bleed.
BTW, you can bleed the system the standard way without the Motive bleeder. You'll need two people. One (1) works the fittings at each wheel, and two (2) mans the brake pedal. 2 applies the brakes, then 1 opens the fitting, then closes it before the pedal hits the floor. Don't open the fitting until the brakes are applied and close it before the pedal hits the floor, otherwise air or old fluid can be sucked back into the system via the fitting. 2 lets the pedal reset and then the procedure is repeated until new fluid is running out. Then you move to the next wheel in the sequence. Still remember to watch the fluid level!
The Motive bleeder with the proper reservoir adapter and the ATE Super Blue are available from eEuroparts
Hope this helps!
