Other people made very good recommendations.
I can tell you that I did the sway bar and steering clamp. The sway bar is definitely the best bang for the buck in terms of improvement. However, keep in mind that these "improvements" (sway bar, steering clamp, brace) will really tighten up your chassis and steering system. You will definitely get much worst harshness if your local roads are not good (i.e. in Michigan). Another improvement you can make is better shocks (the stock spring is good enough...don't lower your car!)
Another consideration is that if your car is old/abused, your bushings (control arm, steering tie rods,etc) may be loose, resulting in a loose steering feel.
I want to repeat another opinion: Your Saab will NEVER feel as good as a BMW, nor a Honda Civic/Mazda 3/VW Golf....
