I second what Moses said. A good soaking with PB Blaster is in order....and let it sit for at least an hour (better overnight). The bleeders are made from a relatively soft metal and can break in half if you attempt to loosen while the threads are locked up. I learned this the hard way with my 1999 convertible (which is only driven in the summer). I ended up having to put in a new caliper. That being said you should be ok as long as you soak the bleeder and gently undo.
