Actually, it's an oil place, so they can just drain some and re-fill as needed, no pump required.

To mw:

1. Check the dipstick and see what it says. A 2.0 motor holds 4 quarts AFAIK. The 2.3 liter motors have 5 quarts... I think. But, the dipstick is what counts.

2. These places are notorious for overfilling the oil. They also use the wrong oil, and sometimes put tranny fluid in your engine and vise versa. Don't use them.

3. If they did not replace the plug, chance are they hosed it even more. Get a replacement. When you are due for a change, pull the beaten plug with a set of vice grips. Then use a new plug adn washer and don't over tighten. Get a 6 point socket for when you need to take it out the next time.

4. Consider doing step 3 yourself right now while the plug is freshly removed and likely to come out easily. Get the vicegrips, loosen it, and remove it with your hand. Stick your finger in the hole when you take out the plug. Have the new plug next to you and install it with the other hand. If you are quick, you won't lose very much oil, but it can get messy. If it's over full on the dipstick now, let a little drain, then stick the new plug in place. If you drain too much, just top off with matching oil.

5. Remember Step 2.
