Aiming the headlights is the same for both the NG900 and OG9-3...
There are two adjustments for the headlight aim.
> The right-left or horizontal aim of the headlight is accomplished via the plastic knob located on the rear of the headlight.
> The up-down or vertical adjustment is located on the side of the headlight nearest the turn signal, near the bottom of the headlight. The headlight elevation is adjusted with a 1/4" or 6mm hex on the end of a 6" extension. There is a hole on the sheet metal over the outboard ends of the lamps. If you cannot locate the adjuster or engage the tool, pull a turn signal lamp to have a look. There are spirit levels in the USA headlamp housing, but I found that they were not very helpful in getting a proper adjustment.
The best adjustment is to aim the headlights against a vertical surface such as a wall. See the "Aiming E-code headlights" section at Daniel Stern Lighting "Tech Section" for the proper distance and measurements.

If the H4 headlight bulb is not properly seated in the headlight, it will cause the headlight aim to be very far out of adjustment. Be sure that the three metal tabs of the H4 headlight bulb are properly seated in the lamp holder.
