...but theoretically any wheel from an NG900, 9-3SS or 9-5 should fit as they all share the same 5x110mm lug bolt pattern. I currently have 17"x7" five-twin-spoke wheels from an '04 (?) 9-3 Aero on my 2001 9-3 base model sedan, which came stock with 15" wheels.
You do need to check the offset, as it does vary between the OEM wheels, but chances are they're all in the same range. If you search here (and on the boards for the 9-3SS and 9-5) you should find posts that list the specs for the OEM wheels. I did this before buying mine, caveat emptor!
Once you decide what wheels you like, tire size is a decision left up to you. Again, there are many posts here describing what people have been able to get away with. My wheels came with 225/45/17 tires and the only rubbing I get is when reversing at full lock - but I think my mud flaps are actually loose.
