Well today I had a look inside the switch cluster for the main switch window controls. Very simple job to take apart if your careful. The sunroof switch was blowing the fuse due to the electrical contact rocking bar wasn't rocking on half of the contacts. I'm thinking the heat generated by the power draw cause it to bend and make constant contact with the circuit. All I did was lay out the rocker electrical bar and re-bend it until it rocked. While I had everything apart I greased and cleaned all the switches. Snapped everything together and all is fine. Glad I worked on the switched first instead of removing the door panels to check each motor connection. So! if you start to have window problems, check the internals of the switch pack first as its an easy job.
