For a stumbling idle when warm and stationary, a couple of things come to mind...

1) EVAP purge valve. Once the car is warmed up, this is supposed to operate at idle to vent fumes from the gas tank into the engine. Because it's tied into the vacuum lines, it could mess with the idle if it leaks or sticks open. You can remove it to clean the valve and also check its solenoid with a 9v battery, but search here for a test that involves plugging the hose temporarily.

2) Electrical system. While stopped, the radiator fan kicks on periodically because otherwise there's no air flowing over the radiator. This places a sudden current draw on the system, which could make the engine stumble if something's out of whack. A failing alternator might do this, but it could also be as simple as a bad battery. Check posts here for what the voltages should be while running and while off. You could also try turning on other accessories (e.g. defroster) to see if they too cause a stumble.

3) Air conditioning - are you using it? Like the fan, if the compressor kicks on at idle it puts an extra load on the engine. A bad compressor clutch or bearings could mean there's more friction than there should be, and your engine doesn't exactly make much torque at idle.
