wheel alignment+tie rod end

Hello all,
Thank you for you replies - I have a different question right now. During the replacement of axle bearing the mechanic had to replace the right side tie rod end because of broken bolt/joint. So I took my car for a wheel alignment. As per repair shop wheel alignment was done but the steering wheel turned slightly left. He was unable to put it straight because one of the bolts is missing its head, so I have a stud some sort of. The part was not available so I left it the way it is - mechanic said left side is OK and wheel alignment is OK too. Should I be concerned? Should I change the tie rod end and do alignment again? Thank you. By the way - wheel alignment was done at Kemi (Good Year) (2080Stillwell Ave in Brooklyn, NY - I would not go there again. While waiting for my car I witnessed one of the mechanics parking customers cars. He was smoking inside of each car which is terrible to me. Plus, while parking one SUV he hit the curb so badly that I found 2 deep marks on it. When his coworker brought it to his attention his reply was:"It's just a piece of f****ing junk". I am shocked.) Sorry for the long post - I am very upset because and I don't know if I can trust these "mechanics"...Please let me know if I am wrong...
