Maybe your right wheel bearing is going. Another possibility is when I did mine, I bent one of the brake dust shield a little so when I turned the force would flex the hub assembly just enough so the rotor would rub against it. Just stuck my finger through the wheel and pushed the dust shield enough to bend it back a little more.
A ton and a half of metal turning puts tremendous force on the wheels and hubs. When you turn, all that weight makes the assembly flex a little (just watch a car taking a turn when moving forward). The dust shield is screwed to the knuckle. When the hub/bearing flexes during the turn, if there's not enough clearance, the rotor rubs against the shield as it flexes.
