OBDII code fault readings.

I am starting a new thread on my "Check Engine " light and fault code reading.
The fault codes are
PO132 & PO138 ( O2 sensor circuit high voltage)
I also drove the car fully warmed up with the OBDII plugged in and get these readings
(1) For O2 sensor bank one -- the voltage fluctuates and it also shows percentages of fuel trim. Also every now and then it shows unavailable but this could be my laptop.
(2) For O2 sensor bank two -- the voltage fluctuates but it does not show anything readings for fuel trim.
This is my first time using and reading OBDII codes so can an experienced person tell me if the above is normal or not?
Also can both O2 sensors go at the same time or is there something else trigering the O2 sensor fault codes.
I have now again reset the codes and all seems well again -- but I know sooner or later the light will come on again - on my previous posting just following my posting (when my car died at high speed on the highway) in addition to the O2 codes i also had code PO300 ( random multiple cylinder misfire)
