rear aligment problems

I have a 1999 93 with koni springs on it. I have heard that typically the rear camber needs to be adjusted with shims. I had an alignment reading today and they said it needed a toe adjustment, not camber. Elliot Tire in Seattle wants to charge $410 to fix the rear toe alignment! I have heard a few other people on this site say there is no toe adjustment you can do on this car. What do I do now? thanks
Joe
