How does one move the fuse box out of the way?

Good Morning!
Posted yesterday and thought a follow up question might be in order.
The car is a new to me ’99 9-3 5spd. I’m trying to replace the low pressure power steering hose that runs from the reservoir to the rack. The problem is moving the fuse box out of the way to access the connection at the rack. I’ve removed the 10mm plastic nut and lifted the clip from the cowl. Can move the box a little but the wiring harness just doesn’t seem to have much play. Can’t figure out what I’m missing…
Any ideas at all are much appreciated!
Marc
