01 Viggen with 90k on the clock. I've got multiple issues going on. Not sure if they're related or not.

I've had a slow coolant leak for awhile. Only seems to be bad in cold weather. Tonight when I checked the oil, there was a milky substance on the entire dipstick, top and bottom. Not sure if this is coolant or what. My coolant leak did usually show up on the floor so it's not like it's "disappearing" I fear a head gasket replacement, but I'm not sure.

I also got a CEL tonight. Had it read at Autozone as an "evap emmissions leak large" P440. Not sure if this is related or not.

Also, during summer and fall, I was having a lot of surging and uneven idle. Replaced about everything possible (MAF, vac lines, cleaned TB) other than the Throttle Body. I actually have the Throttle Body to replace once it gets warmer. Not sure if this is related to the previous two and I don't need the TB? Surging hasn't been as big of an issue in the cold weather, which is why I never installed the TB to begin with...problem went away once it got colder.

Last but not least, I'm getting a pretty hard start after changing the fuel filter not long ago. Expected it immediately following the change, but it hasn't gotten better. Never fails to start, but takes some cranking now. Again, could this all be related?

I'm kind of at my wit's end and I am really fearing costly repairs at this point. It may be time to just take it to a mechanic. I don't have a particularly favorite Indy here in Indy so I might have to go with the dealer...which scares me even more. Any ideas?

Thanks.
