I'd be very concerned if the same shop mounted them that you had to bring the other wheels back to to get the "centering rings". If they didn't know enough to put those rings on when installing wheels on a Saab, then I'd question their qualifications.
I'd check to make sure the hubs are clean and wire brush or file them as necessary to remove corrosion make sure the wheels fit snuggly agaisnt the hub. I'd make sure the centering rings are installed on the wheels.
If that did not help, I would have them balanced on a Hunter Road Force machine and talk to the tech about the amount of road force they find. They can tell you if you have a tire or wheel with that's seriously out compared to your other wheels.
