This can be a decent job to do on your own if you need to. I think you could do it in 3-4 hours. If you do, get Speed Bleeders so you can bleed the lines yourself. Much quicker.
If you are having a mechanic install the part you may run into some that won't do it. For a shop it should be about 2 hours. But you do have someone inspecting your whole brake system though. I'd find an independent and stick with that person.
