Cannot get clutch system to bleed properly, help!

Short story on what happened: My clutch started acting funky one day a week ago, the gears were hard to engage. Long story short, I decided to replace the master cylinder, and half way through that process, I realized it could have been low fluid in the resiviour. I finished the replacement and bled the system, but now my clutch pedal still won't engage all the way.
I've bled this thing at least 10 times with a pressure bleeder. I tried doing the brakes first, then the clutch, I've tried opening the clutch bleed nipple, pushing the pedal down, tightening the nipple, then pressurizing the system, and pulling the pedal up slow...I just can't get the pedal to keep the pressure behind it.
Actually, the pedal will act like it's holding pressure, but then when I start the engine and press the clutch, it feels like there are air bubbles that are leaking by, it almost feels like the pedal is dragging or grinding, but only when the engine is on.
Can anyone give me some more advice to try? I've bled the system before when I changed the clutch 60kmi ago and it worked since then. I'm using SuperBlue brake fluid. Maybe my slave has gone bad now, or maybe my master cylinder *still* has air in it???
Thanks Saabnet,
Seth
