I did some checking, and both of your part numbers are a little off. I found:

43 56 119 for NG900
48 98 755 for 9-3

Genuine Saab has a price lookup on their site, and it tells you if a part number has been superseded by a newer one. The NG900 tensioner does not say it's superseded by the 9-3 part, so there must be some reason they've continued to make the old one available.

Someone here may have found that they're physically interchangeable, which might be good enough to get by, but you should be aware there might be some non-obvious difference between them (e.g. spring tension).
