I didn't see any mention on whether you were doing preventive maintenance or had an issue before hand.
If it is only preventive, I might think about waiting for a clutch replacement. That is if it isn't dangerous.
You would be able to find a decent replacement tranny that you could simply replace instead of paying to rebuild one. That is if you get it yourself instead of your shop.

But I might still think about putting in a new clutch.
